Hello my co-conspirators in achieving maximum shoe comfort, I’m back!!

As head designer of The LAYLAJOY Collection, the most rewarding aspect is the creative, internalization of everything I’m inspired by. The effort is toward the designing of a fabulous, well-constructed shoe that is ‘to die for’ and comfortable. In fact, I decided to start my own line because there were not nearly enough readily available in the marketplace. I wanted to prove that luxury and style didn’t have to equate to bunions, and the more unsightly and harmful results of uncomfortable shoes.

When last we connected I was traveling, jetting from London to Paris to Milan and back again…. absorbing the sights and feel of these remarkable places, and sussing out the trends – all preparatory to creating the new collection. WELL SPRING HAS SPRUNG MY DEARS! And I can’t wait for you to see what’s coming your way. You will be salivating!

This season, my varied inspirations have coalesced into a collection that’s packed with metallic tones, reptilian and classic leather materials, hardware and jewel ornamentation, with other striking embellishments. It’s a collection that’s bold and yet chic, super transitional for wherever the day may take you, and as always comfortable for day-long wear.

It is gratifying to be in a space where I can realize my dream and I thank you for entrusting me with the mission of making your feet fabulous. From the former little girl who would sketch endlessly in her bedroom, I hope you find the pieces to be every bit as luxurious as I have imagined… dreamed…..anticipated!!
